FAQ + Shipping

How soon after I place my order should I expect it to ship? All orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 business days, however, due to COVID 19, most orders are taking closer to 14 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order ships.

Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers? To ensure you get the highest quality products, our products may be sourced from multiple fulfillment centers. When you receive your shipping confirmation, you will see what items to expect in that shipment. Most orders are shipped within a few days of each other. If you ever have any questions or concerns, you can email kayla@theflyfoxapparel.com with your order number and we can check on the status of your order.

Why can't I pay for express shipping? Each item is made to order, meaning it is not created until your order is processed. All of our products are now created and fulfilled in multiple factories, so we cannot walk down to the warehouse and fulfill an item any more quickly, even if you would pay more. The way we fulfill our items may take a few days longer than other shops, but it allows us to provide you with a much wider variety of high quality products to chose from!

How soon after my items are shipped will it arrive? Shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-3 days within the U.S. and around 2 weeks internationally. Again, COVID has impacted shipping times and it's beyond our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

How do I care for my items? While each item has specific instructions under the description of the item, as a general rule, we recommend washing each shirt inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low/delicate heat. Do not iron decoration. Also, do any of you actually iron your clothes? Is that a thing anymore?

Can I return my item? Because each item is made to order soon after the order is placed, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. If you receive the wrong order or if your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact kayla@theflyfoxapparel.com so we can be sure you receive exactly what you ordered!
